What an incredible week at our 2026 Managers Retreat in Birmingham, AL! 🏙️✨

Side-by-side all day, our teams came together for a powerful week of connection, learning, and celebration. Here is a look back at an unforgettable retreat:

💡 Growth & Leadership: We kicked things off with inspiring sessions led by company leaders, diving deep into leadership development, personal growth, and strategy.

🧩 Team Building: We put our communication, support, and focus to the test with hands-on challenges—from a high-stakes Lego Building challenge to a hilarious "Paint Your Partner" session and team Jeopardy!

🎮 Celebration & Bonding: We took over the arcade for a night of gaming, team bonding, and celebrating our high achievers at our Annual Award Winners Ceremony! We also kept the energy high with a fun night out at Topgolf. ⛳️

🤖🔮 Future of the Industry: We wrapped up our trip at the Pivotal Conference, hearing from top speakers on the latest trends and innovations transforming management, maintenance, marketing, and staff support tools.
