Well that WORKED!

For our listings we provide… Professional Photos, Video, Social Media, Door Knocking, Online Ads, Open Houses, Professional Print Materials the list goes on and on. In addition to all of that we reached out to our fellow agents in the area and cross promoted the Community Open House TOGETHER. And guess what the buyer we are now under contract with - their agent had them come to our area that day to visit all the open houses that were happening and we are now under contract. Just when you think you have tried it all - do more.

This market currently has a 57% success rate to homes being sold. Not a stat that we take lightly. Got to get to WORK.
