Our team had a great time at the 2026 AASPA Conference!

We met HR professionals from school districts all across the country, and one thing was clear. Housing is a major challenge for school employees, no matter where they live.

It was great connecting with so many people who are working hard to support their staff. We came away even more motivated to help school districts find real solutions to this problem.

Our VP of Pre-Construction and Development works through the zoning, permitting, and approvals that make construction possible.

But there’s a personal side to it too. He comes from a family of educators, so he understands what it means to spend your career helping kids and families.

Now he gets to use his work to give something back to people doing the same.

And this is just the beginning.
