Austin’s elite real estate experience
Dynamic. Driven. Devoted. Let’s connect To say her parents were frugal would be an understatement.

Chloe’s younger sister, Callie, and her grew up in a suburb of Houston called Missouri City- aka MoCity aka The Mo. Her dad is a loud Chinese man with an east Texas accent who loved dove hunting, playing softball and spending time with his daughters. Her sweet and patient mother raised them with her same creative spirit. In many ways, they had a Chinese upbringing- supportive but with tough love. They would eat lunch on Saturdays at the all-you-can buffet where kids under 6 ate for free. She was “6 years old” till she was 10. Chloe dedicated fourteen years of her life to the sport of gymnastics and sacrificed a “normal” adolescence. The life of an elite gymnast is both mentally and physically demanding and requires the highest level of discipline and perseverance. She even attended a special charter school for four years so that she could spend more time in the gym. Her hard work paid off and she earned a college scholarship to a D1 university in California and was well on her way to becoming an Academic All-American her freshman year. Her dream was short-lived, however, when her dad was diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer and her mom contracted the West Nile Virus. Her dad lost his battle with cancer twelve weeks after being diagnosed and she did not return to gymnastics. At 19, Chloe saw and felt mortality and regret. She told herself she can either be a victim of these circumstances or she can be a survivor. If she’s going to survive this she’s going to get everything out of this life she possibly can and it will be 100% on her terms. She transferred to the University of Texas (her dad’s alma mater) where she kept herself busy with Texas Cheerleading and service organizations like Texas Sweethearts and Big Brothers Big Sisters. Chloe was fortunate to have earned academic scholarships but needed to work full time to pay for rent and food. She received her real estate license her junior year of college and was hooked from the very beginning. In many ways, real estate filled the void where gymnastics had once been. This new passion gave her the creative outlet, competitive drive and endless possibilities to learn and improve. She’s been selling real estate since 2009 and is grateful for the opportunities and people this career has brought into her life. In her free time, Chloe likes to go to concerts, traveling and binge watch tv shows. She likes to spend time with her dog-child Mia. She is passionate about mental and physical health and works out 5 times a week (okay, maybe 4…sometimes 3). She eats an average of 2 tacos/day (okay, more like 3…4…). She hates cooking but loves eating- She’s a steak and potatoes girl. She has an incredible group of friends who fill her life with laughter. Some of her favorite places she’s traveled are Thailand, Spain and Croatia. When she has the opportunity, she likes to scuba dive and ski. Instead of writing a bio of all her accomplishments Chloe wanted to share a glimpse of her life and a story that is still being written. Her life experiences have produced her grit, her inner drive to succeed and her sense of humor. She is an elite performer. She is a realtor, and she is also a friend, a daughter and a sister. You might see her around Austin with her windows down, seat leaned back and rap music blaring. That’s why her friends call her the Chiangsta!

I believe in homeownership but I don’t think real estate investing is for everyone- and there is a difference.

When I refer to investing I mean buying real estate that isn’t your primary home***

Investing in real estate has become exponentially more challenging over the last 5 years.

1. It takes a lot of capital upfront and it’s a lot easier and even more lucrative to invest in index funds. Access to trading and education has made other investing more available.

2. My clients bought their first home and then leased it out for a year or two and realized they didn’t want to be landlords. They didn’t want to deal with tenant repairs, damaged property, lower rental rates, vacancy etc. Spending money on a home you don’t live in and isn’t appreciating compared to other investments makes people feel like they are losing. And the idea of one more hail storm or hvac repair is enough to make them call it quits and sell.

The hard truth is most people don’t want to do the work to be a successful real estate investor nor the patience. And I don’t blame ya!

You’re going to hear me talk a lot more about real estate and hospitality. The IRL and experience economy is only going to get bigger. And I’m going to show you how to capitalize on it.

Whether I represent your home or your brand, the only way to stand out and be memorable is to make your future customer feel like they’ve been let in on a secret.

It lives in the details and the thoughtfulness behind every experience. That’s where real estate and hospitality meet, and bringing these two worlds together has been one of my favorite chapters yet ✨

2 years ago today was Chloe’s Game where we raised over $50k for Pancreatic Cancer Action Network in dedication to my dad who passed away of Pancreatic Cancer.

4 poker tables ranging from $200 to $2,000 buy in. I moved all the furniture out of my bedroom to accommodate the high rollers table. The other 2 tables in my garage- pre Speakeasy days!

We converted my closet to a vintage pop up store Lauren [Luh-Rehn] Collier] Collier

We had a hidden caviar room.

I had just moved in a few months before this. In fact, the pool pavers and turf was installed only a couple days before the event.

Looking back, this was insane what we accomplished! Big shout out to Adam Semien and Sam Zaugg bc none of this would be possible without them.

Any business owner, any human really, can agree how good it feels to be recognized for doing great work by a peer and customer. I have the privilege of working with brilliant people who are the best at what they do. And rightfully so, have high expectations. So when I get a compliment like this, it really makes all the hard work worth it. It makes me feel like I’m helping people and making difficult transactions easier. Feeling valuable is very important to me.

Earning and then keeping trust over 15 years is a testament to the value I put on my relationships. I met Christina Woodall in 2008 when I joined Texas Sweethearts at UT. I remember getting the call from her and her husband Tyler when they were living in New York. They were ready to come back to Texas. At the time, I didn’t have the experience I do now. At the time, I had maybe sold 20 houses and yet they gave me chance. Little did I know that would turn into multiple deals with them and dozens of referrals. And every person they referred was just as kind and respectful as they are- which further proves that good people surround themselves with good people.

Tyler, Christina- thank you. Thank you so much for these thoughtful words and supporting me and my business. Every Realtor dreams to have clients like yall. Yall are the reason we stay in real estate ❤️
