There’s a lot of new construction inventory sitting on the market, and builders are competing for buyers. That means some pretty incredible incentives, closing cost assistance, rate buydowns, and opportunities to negotiate.

You don’t necessarily have to wait for the market to change. Sometimes the best time to buy is when you have more options and more negotiating power.

I’ve been thinking a lot about what I want my real estate business to look like moving forward.

I’ve always worked with both buyers and sellers, and I’ll continue to help wherever I can. But if I’m being completely honest, my heart is with buyers right now — especially first-time homebuyers.

There’s something different about helping someone purchase their very first home.

Helping them understand the process.
Answering all the questions they’re afraid to ask.
