Our malls offer more than a place to shop. They provide a setting for events that bring people together and give visitors another reason to stop in.

Victoria Mall, Asheboro Mall, Lake City Mall, and Quintard Mall recently welcomed The Pull Exchange for its debut card and collectibles shows that brought collectors, vendors, and enthusiasts together for a day of trading, shopping, and fun. 🃏✨

We look forward to welcoming The Pull Exchange back as well as other events to reinforce our properties as go-to destinations for the communities we serve.

Dayton Mall is getting a fresh new look! ✨

A multi-phase renovation and upgrade project is now underway, bringing interior and exterior improvements throughout the property.

The initial phase of the renovation includes the installation of new sheetrock, crown molding, chair rails, and baseboards. After a brief break for the holiday shopping season, the second phase will bring upgraded lighting, ceilings, flooring, paint and community and tenant-inspired murals.

These improvements reflect Hull Property Group’s commitment to being a good steward of Dayton Mall and investing in a better experience for shoppers, tenants and the Miami Township community.

🏗️ The people behind the projects.

What makes a career in construction meaningful? How does the work we do leave an impact beyond the job site?

For National Construction Week, we asked our Gemini Construction team to share their perspectives — from what first brought them into the construction industry to what they enjoy most about being part of the Gemini team.

Hear it straight from the people who make progress happen. 👷‍♀️👷‍♂️

We’re so excited to have kicked off our 🆕 Lunch & Learn series last week! A huge thank you to John Mulherin and Grace Welsh from our Government Relations team for giving us a behind-the-scenes look at how they work with municipalities to support the redevelopment and improvement of our properties.

From their cultivation strategy and Hull’s elevator pitch to a thorough breakdown of our bonafides, they walked us through how meaningful progress starts with relationships built on trust 🤝.

Our team walked away inspired and with a much deeper appreciation for the work they do every day. What a great way to kick off this new series!
