Slow and steady wins the race! 🏁

Anyone familiar with the Atlanta condo scene knows that The Stacks are some of the most sought after, stunning condos in the perimeter. An available condo here can be hard to find. So when Franklin and his buyer found a condo in The Stacks that checked all the boxes, they knew they had to make it work, despite it being a short sale. 🌆

Fortunately Franklin is knowledgeable and patient, so he was able to guide his client to a successful closing. Short sales take time and require a lot of attention to detail through the compliance — huge shoutout to Franklin and team for really making a complex process as simple as possible. 💪🏾

Under Contract! 🏡

📍 7741 Windswept Way, Douglasville, GA 30135

Patience and perseverance was the key to getting this listing under contract! Selling a luxury home in a slower market is always a little tricky. It just takes a little longer to attract the perfect buyer, and putting the home’s best food forward is extra important. Luckily, these sellers chose Stephanie as their realtor. She helped their home shine and pivoted along with the ever changing market to secure a contract. Cheers! 🥂
