This one feels extra special. We just officially crossed the finish line on this stunning ranch,
and what a journey it was to get here.

From the moment we started the renovation process, I knew this property—a five-bedroom
beauty sitting on a perfectly flat acre with custom outdoor lighting—was something unique.

But real estate isn’t always a straight line. Between shifting interest rates and local states of emergency, we definitely faced some headwinds. We pivoted our pricing strategy, hosted dozens upon dozens of showings, and stayed the course through a lot of noise.
