Congratulations to our colleague Daniel Mitu!

There was more to our presence at SEE Property Forum 2026 than simply being there.

Costin Nistor took part in the residential panel, contributing to the discussion around how residential projects are evolving and what is shaping new living concepts.

Maria Neda moderated the panel “The Future of Real Estate Marketing, New Strategies for 2027”, guiding a conversation about how communication and positioning are changing across the real estate industry.

Yesterday was one of those days that reminded us why industry events still matter.

We spent the day at SEE Property Forum 2026, catching up with familiar faces, meeting new people and hearing different perspectives on where the real estate market is heading next.

Unde merg banii în real estate-ul comercial din România în 2026?

Retailul conduce detașat, cu aproape 390 mil. Euro, iar birourile au atras încă 238 mil. euro. În spatele acestor cifre se vede clar ce caută investitorii: active bine poziționate, deja închiriate și capabile să producă venituri stabile.

În București, interesul pentru clădirile boutique și pentru proprietăți cu profil clar de investiție a rămas vizibil și în trimestrul al treilea.
