Ckl have been involved with this project from the very start. Great to have a great team of experts on the job well creating 34 new sections and homes for families in the Waikato.

From rezoning through to delivery, it's rewarding to see the Te Uku lifestyle subdivision taking shape.

CKL has been involved with this project from the very beginning, providing planning, surveying and engineering services to help bring this new community to life.

With Stage 1 sections almost sold and infrastructure well underway, the development is moving into an exciting new phase. Future residents will benefit from generous lifestyle sections, extensive native planting, wetlands, walkways connecting to the local school, and a design that responds to the natural contours of the land.

Projects like this are about more than creating new places to live. They're about supporting thriving rural communities while respecting the unique character of the landscape.

We're proud to have worked alongside Create Lifestyle and the wider project team to help turn this vision into reality.

Building a new home in a community like Te Uku village means - agricultural days where pets become children’s best friends, bare feet to school, dirt bikes, go carts, ponies….. all with a friendly community feel and the added benefit in Te Uku is only 7 minutes to catch your fresh fish or spend the day surfing or mountain biking in raglan!! Best of both worlds
