Another lively day at The Hut, with visitors coming from far and wide to meet our talented local artists over RAGLAN ARTS WEEKEND 🎨

We are thrilled to be part of the arts trail again this year, and have loved seeing all the work this amazing crew of artists has crafted. Come on over on Monday for the third and final day of the exhibition!

The Rangitahi Peninsula crew came over to support Simon Dickey doing a live demo of some epic artwork in Raglan this morning.

How talented is he! Not only is he super creative with his digital storytelling through Simon Dickey for Rangitahi Peninsula and many other Raglan businesses, but check out his two-handed artwork!

Great to see an awesome turnout here, with Raglan buzzing this weekend. We’re looking forward to seeing more of what RAGLAN ARTS WEEKEND has to offer ⚡️🎨

RAGLAN ARTS WEEKEND is nearly here 🎨

We’re looking forward to welcoming Labour of Wild | Hat Maker, Sarah Steed | Jewellery, Benjamin Grant Furniture and Lu to The Hut over Labour Weekend.

Come by, grab a Coaster ☕️ Coffee Raglan, meet the artists and see their work up close. Be sure to see Lisa doing live hat-making demonstrations from 10–10.30am on the Saturday and Sunday!

A pretty good stop as you make your way around the arts trail ☕️🌿

This will be the next neighbourhood centre at Rangitahi, and it’s great to see the first sites in this commercial stage coming together.

The new Rangitahi office is taking shape too, designed by Edwards White Architects. The commercial space downstairs will be available to lease as soon as the building is complete – get in touch with us if you think this would suit you!

Next door, work is also underway on The Meadows Early Learning Centre Raglan, adding another piece to this growing part of the peninsula.

Stay tuned, there’s plenty more to come.

Things are starting to take shape at The Meadows Early Learning Centre Raglan, with work progressing on site at Rangitahi.

It’s great to see the centre moving from plans on paper to something you can really start to see coming together. Once complete, it’ll bring much-needed early learning facilities to the peninsula, right alongside our growing community and sports facilities.

We’ll be keeping you informed as the construction progresses, in the meantime head over to their page for further updates and enrolment ➡️ The Meadows Early Learning Centre Raglan

There’s something pretty special about watching Rangitahi Peninsula take shape.

What started as a vision for a new neighbourhood on the peninsula is now home to hundreds of families, with new homes, new neighbours and a growing community unfolding around us.

We love seeing people make the move to Raglan, put down roots and make the most of everything this little corner of the coast has to offer.

Come and see us at the Waikato Home & Garden Show, 1-4 October! We’d love to have a chat and to tell you more about life at Rangitahi.

We love seeing Raglan locals on TV! Fox Cabins is being featured in another episode of Moving Houses this Sunday 13 September, 7:30pm on TVNZ1.

The local design and build team has previously featured on the show, including last year’s Season 3, Episode 5 – an Everest XL Tiny Home.

Based in Raglan, Fox Cabins has spent the past four years refining its off-site building process, creating high-quality, fully customised transportable homes. Starting from 70m², homes are designed around each client’s section, lifestyle, design preferences and budget, using The Bach or The Everest as starting points.

Homes are built in Raglan before being transported to site, making Fox Cabins a convenient local option for Rangitahi homeowners. Fixed-price contracts also provide greater certainty around build costs.
