A small leak doesn’t stay a small leak forever 👀

Good property management isn’t about waiting for something to go wrong and then scrambling to sort it.

It’s noticing the warning signs. Following things up. Keeping an eye on the property. And dealing with the little things BEFORE they turn into expensive ones.

Because that water mark on the ceiling? It could be telling you a whole lot more than “needs a coat of paint.”

Property management: where no two days are the same and apparently fence jumping is now part of the job description 😂

I left the key out so the tradie could get in. He finished the job, locked the gate behind him… and left my key safely on the other side. Cheers mate 🤦‍♀️

Did it stop me? Absolutely not. Over the fence we go.
