The Week That Was at The Rent Shop Nelson

Another busy week out and about across the region — with properties rented, pets helping with inspections, sweet treats and some very thoughtful tenants! ❤️

🚗 Our Rent Shop cars were lined up outside the office, looking sharp and ready for another week of property management action.

🏡 Another one RENTED! McKenzie has another property all signed up, with the new tenants getting ready to move into their new home. Another great result! 🔑

🐶 Georgina had a very important assistant along for an exit inspection this week. Milo took his supervisory role very seriously… although we're not entirely convinced he completed his share of the report!

🍪 A lovely treat from The Mortgage Supply Co — these delicious cookies certainly didn't last long around the office!

🐱 Georgina couldn't resist stopping for a cuddle with a tenant's very photogenic cat while out and about. Some inspections definitely have perks

🎁 Georgina, Milo & Millie were absolutely spoilt by a lovely tenant with some gorgeous gifts. Such a kind gesture and a lovely reminder of the relationships our team builds along the way.

🥐 Sharon treated the team to some morning tea — safe to say there weren't too many leftovers!

A good mix of hard work, some team time, plenty of coffee… and a few bubbles at the end! 🥂

🚗 Car Wash & Coffee's - Our Rent Shop cars are well known in the community, so it was only fitting that the fleet got a little spring refresh! The team headed along to The Wash Club, where we rolled in with 10 cars at once and came out looking shiny and new! A team outing wouldn’t be complete without coffee, so we finished up with a catch-up at Coffee on Queen at the Beach. ☕
