🔨 11 Collingwood Street – officially complete.
🔨 65 Victoria Street – paint all done in the upstairs units and lobby stairs are in. Landscaping and kitchen installation underway next.
🔨 163 Coutts Street – internal civil works complete and the tilt panel footing underway. Tilt panel installation and exterior civil works next.
🔨 323 Adelaide Road (build contract) – perimeter fencing is up. Block A’s subfloor and civil services starting next.

Today we say farewell to our Finance Manager, Dawn 🫶🏼
She has kept the numbers in order on every development we’ve built in the last 4 years. Through endless reporting, cashflow management and every month-end, she has been a key part of our leadership team – and has kept us all smiling and laughing along the way!

Thank you for everything, Dawn. Melbourne is beyond lucky to have you across the ditch 🖤
