Sheena was delighted to receive these beautiful flowers from a happy client this week. It’s always lovely to know that our clients are happy with the service they’ve received, and this was a particularly thoughtful surprise for Sheena.

Happy 1st of October!

As we head into a new month, we’re already looking ahead to November.

We’re pleased to be supporting The Puffin Pool in Dingwall for a special Power of Attorney campaign.

Throughout November, we’ll be encouraging people to think about putting a Power of Attorney in place, while helping raise funds for a fantastic local organisation.

We’ll be sharing more about the campaign, how it will work and how you can get involved over the next few days.

Meet The Team

Donna and Louise are the two familiar faces behind our Cashroom, keeping a close eye on the firm’s finances and making sure everything is where it should be. They work brilliantly together and, between them, there’s not much that gets past the Cashroom!

Donna joined us back in 2022 as part of our reception team and has since become an integral part of the firm. Donna completed her SOLAS training in 2025 and brings a real mix of care, professionalism and attention to detail to her role.

Louise joined us in early 2025 after a long career with TSB, so she was already a familiar face to many of our clients. Her experience, organisation and eye for detail make her a fantastic addition to the Cashroom team.

Together, Donna and Louise do a brilliant job of keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

Of course, when the working day is over, they’re just as committed to keeping things running smoothly… especially when it comes to a team night out! They’re known for keeping the dancing and partying going until the wee small hours.

Meet our Paralegals at Middleton Ross

You’ll often speak to our paralegals as part of your legal journey, so we thought it was time to introduce you to two members of the Middleton Ross team.

Madeleine works in Residential Conveyancing, helping clients through the process of buying and selling their homes and keeping things moving from the initial paperwork right through to completion.

Steph works with our Executries, Wills and Powers of Attorney team, helping clients put their affairs in order and supporting families through the legal and practical aspects of dealing with an estate following a bereavement.

While their areas of work are quite different, both roles involve working closely with clients, answering questions and helping to make what can sometimes feel like a complicated process as straightforward as possible.

So, if you’re buying or selling a home, dealing with an estate, making a Will or Power of Attorney, there’s a good chance you’ll get to know one of them along the way!

A note of interest doesn’t commit you to making an offer. It is in place to notify that you are interested and that you should be kept informed of all important developments, such as a closing date 🔔

If you’re deciding between a few properties, you don’t necessarily have to choose just one at the note of interest stage 🏘

Our legal team at Middleton Ross would be happy to advise you on the best approach for your circumstances.
