Upper Begburn is complete🏠 ✅

We purchased this property earlier this year and made some big changes to make the most of the space!

We removed a wall to create a much larger open-plan kitchen and dining area, which also gave us room for a downstairs bathroom and a brand-new utility room.

Upstairs, the property previously didn’t have a bathroom, so we reworked the layout and managed to create a spacious family bathroom.

The property was reserved not long after the renovation started, which meant the prospective buyer was able to get involved in some of the finishing touches — choosing the flooring, bathroom tiles and a few other details to help create their perfect home! (Hence the reason there’s no furniture for photos 📸)
