A new season, a new level 🍂

As fall settles in, SATORI is stepping up, quite literally. Zone 1‘s underground parking is complete, and we’ve now begun pouring the ground floor.

Every stage is built with intention. Brick by brick, each step is held to the standard a premium townhome deserves, because the calm of SATORI starts long before you walk through the door. It starts in how it‘s built: grounded below, rising above.

SATORI SITE UPDATE /🏗️

Excavation continues to move steadily across the site. With bulk excavation almost complete, our crews are beginning detailed excavation and layout work for upcoming strip and pad footings.

Once these areas are prepared, mechanical sumps (pic 1) will be installed as part of the site’s drainage infrastructure.

Along the perimeter, shotcrete installation is nearing completion! The remaining wire mesh reinforcement has been staged on site and will be incorporated into the final sections as work progresses.

Every week brings another visible step forward as Satori continues to take shape 🪨🌸
