Jesse Jenish I help busy Toronto families upsize with ease and confidence using my Next Chapter Method. I look forward to the opportunity to work together!

I'm an experienced Toronto real estate agent who consistently ranks as a top performer amongst my peers. I caught the entrepreneurial bug when I started a successful small construction company which I operated during the summertime while studying at the University of Guelph. I decided to take this entrepreneurial spirit to the world of real estate in 2011 and have not looked back since! My hard work and passion for my business have helped me quickly build a reputation as a top agent that provides outstanding customer service while helping buyers and sellers in the competitive downtown Toronto real estate market. As an avid hockey player who competed in the Ontario Hockey League (OHL) and then for the University of Guelph Gryphons, I learned the meaning of hard work, perseverance, and teamwork. From the first phone call all the way to closing on your property, I bring the same level of dedication and hard work to my business as I did at the rink.

It usually starts with something small.

You’re taking a work call from the bedroom because your toddler has taken over the living room.

The stroller lives in the front hall. Getting the kids, the dog and the bags downstairs feels like a project.

Then you find out another baby is coming—and start wondering where everyone will sleep.

You still love downtown. Your coffee spot. Walking to work. Having everything close by.

But you’re starting to want another bedroom, a backyard and somewhere to sit after the kids go to bed without worrying about waking them.

The hard part is figuring out where you can have those things while keeping the parts of city life you love.

Would a house elsewhere in Toronto give you enough space? What would the commute look like? What would you need to spend after selling your condo?

That’s where I’d start, before booking showings.

Thinking about making that move? DM me “SPACE.” Tell me where you live and what you’re missing, and we can talk through where to start looking.

One of my favourite ways to spend a Saturday morning in Toronto.

A coffee, a walk through the farmers’ market, some good food, and a little time outside.

The Evergreen Brick Works is one of those places that makes you appreciate living in the city. Especially this time of year.

What’s your favourite Toronto spot in the fall?

“Should we move now, or wait?”

When your family needs more space, that question can be hard to put aside.

You don’t want to sell for less than you hoped. You also don’t want to stretch your budget or rush into the wrong home.

That’s why I start with your situation. What needs to change? What would make the move worth it? And what room do we have if things don’t go as planned?

Sometimes the numbers support a move. Sometimes waiting makes more sense.

My job is to help you understand those trade-offs so you can choose a plan you feel comfortable with.

Clarity comes before strategy.

Send this to the person you’re weighing your next move with.
