“The fall has been stalled.”

I spoke with Carolyn Ireland of The Globe and Mail about the challenges facing Toronto’s real estate market and why some properties continue to attract strong buyer interest while others struggle to sell.

The article features two of my recent sales: 617 Lonsdale Road in Forest Hill, which attracted 12 offers and sold for $540,000 over asking, and 30 Walder Avenue in Davisville Village.

The takeaway? There is no single Toronto real estate market. Conditions vary considerably by neighbourhood, property type and price point.
