📊 September 2026 GTA market stats are in.

Economic uncertainty and borrowing costs continued to weigh on buyer activity, with sales down 9% and new listings down 14.4% year-over-year.

The average selling price was $1,006,409, down 5.1% compared to September 2025, while the MLS® HPI Composite benchmark fell 4.7%.
