A buyer asked if there were move-in ready homes.... Five seconds later, the conversation had already moved into bedrooms, square footage, completion timing and weekend tour availability.

That’s the difference we want builders to see. The buyer didn’t just get a response. They actually got somewhere new in their journey.

By the time a BuilderChat lead reaches sales, your team can see what the buyer was looking for, what they asked, where the conversation went and what should happen next.

That context is so powerful because it changes the first "human" call from discovery into a continuation of the conversation.

If your current chat tool is generating leads, go look at what your salesperson actually receives. A name, email and phone number is not the same thing as a worked lead.

What would BuilderChat look like on your website, answering questions about your actual homes and communities? We'd love to show you.

Opening your dashboard to seven new leads is good. Opening it to seven new leads where the conversation has already started is even better.

Instead of your team spending the first few minutes of every follow-up trying to understand who the buyer is, what they’re interested in and why they reached out, much of that work has already been done. They can pick up from where the buyer left off instead of starting over.

That’s the kind of handoff we think sales teams should expect.

We looked at when buyers were actually having conversations and found that 43% were happening outside normal business hours.

That matters because these aren’t just people browsing your website. They’re actively asking questions about homes, availability, communities and next steps at times when your sales team may not be available.

We don’t think the answer is asking your OSC to work nights and weekends. The better question is whether your buyer experience still works when they don’t.

Take a look at the timestamps on your own leads. You may be surprised by how much is happening after hours!

This is what we mean when we talk about a better handoff to sales.

The buyer has already had a real conversation, shared their information, answered questions and moved toward a next step before your salesperson ever picks up the phone.

Your team isn’t starting with a name and email address and trying to figure out what happened. They’re stepping into a conversation with context.

If you want to see what Sam can learn before a lead ever reaches your team, we’d be happy to walk you through it.

It’s 7:42 p.m. on a Tuesday and a buyer is looking for move-in ready homes under $600K.

Within seconds, they’re narrowing options by bedrooms, square footage and completion timing, and they’re already talking about a weekend tour.

That’s a very different experience than submitting a form and waiting until morning for someone to follow up. The buyer gets what they need in the moment, and your sales team gets a conversation that’s already moving.

Technology should make things easier for the buyer and help protect your brand in the process. That means giving people useful answers, helping them keep moving, and making sure they can reach a real person when they need one.

The goal is to create a better experience for the buyer and BuilderChat helps homebuilding leaders be there when, and how, their buyers need them.

Your CRM can only show you the buyers who actually make it there.

What about the person who had a question at 10:30 PM but never submitted a form?

Or the buyer who couldn’t find the answer they needed and quietly left?

That’s where Invisible Buyer Lossβ„’ happens.

This is why we focus on the conversations so deeply.

In less than three weeks, BuilderChat generated double the contact submissions this builder’s previous conversational setup produced over 90 days.

Same website traffic. Different buyer experience.

When it becomes easier for buyers to ask, understand and take the next step, more of them actually do.

Technology is only useful if your team can actually implement it.

One of the things builders are often surprised by is how little lift BuilderChat actually requires on their side.

We do the heavy work behind the scenes, including adapting to the builder’s inventory and systems, so their team can focus on the buyer experience.

Powerful technology shouldn’t create another implementation headache.
