Think a brand-new home doesn’t need an inspection? Think again.
We regularly inspect new builds in Edmonton, St. Albert, and Sherwood Park and find issues that
should have been caught before possession:

Everyone that knows me, knows that I have been in the inspection business for many years and I know what I am looking for in all aspects of a house, but it still shocks me when I come across things like this and how people don't even know something is wrong. Remember have your house inspected when you buying, selling and even when you are living in your home. It may even shock you what might be wrong with your home. I must say I have been doing this for over 22 years and I have never seen a humidifier do this before, have a look and comment why you think it happened.
