“Mom, I LOVE this house! My friends can come over, I have my own room, and my brother and I have a place to play!” 🥹🏡

Our journey began last year with a simple conversation , sitting down together and talking through the home-buying process and what they pictured for their family.
Once they were ready, we started looking. I took these buyers in two different communities, and the last home I’ve shown turned out to be the one. And the sweetest part? Nico and Fatima could not stop smiling as they talked about the house and everything they were excited about. I could see the happiness on their faces as they imagined their family making beautiful memories here. They weren’t just looking at a house anymore , they were already imagining their life in it. 🥹
What made the day even more special was that they had kept the entire home search a secret from their extended family, planning to surprise everyone on possession day.
