🏡 Another milestone reached in Yanchep!

This Future First Homes build in Vertex Estate has now reached plate height, with the brickwork bringing the home's structure and layout to life.

With the walls up and the window and door openings taking shape, it's now much easier to see how the finished home will come together.

It's an exciting stage of construction, with the next steps bringing the home closer to becoming fully enclosed.

We're looking forward to seeing the progress continue as this Yanchep home moves through its next milestones.

Another Future First home is officially underway in Karnup. 🏡

With the slab now down, the footprint of the home is in place and the next stage of construction can begin.

It’s one of those early milestones where plans on paper start becoming something real. From here, the transformation becomes much easier to see as the home starts coming up from the ground.

We’ll be following this build as it progresses through the next stages.

🏡 Practical Completion reached in Ravenswood

This Future First Homes build has now reached Practical Completion, with the major construction works finished and the home ready for final inspections before handover.

From the completed kitchen and bathrooms through to flooring, air conditioning, paving and landscaping, the individual selections have now come together to create the finished home.

It’s a rewarding stage of the build journey and one of the final steps before the keys are handed over to the new owners. 🔑

🏡 Practical Completion in Ravenswood

This Future First Homes build has now reached Practical Completion, one of the final milestones in the construction journey.

With the kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, air conditioning and internal finishes all complete, the home has come together beautifully and is now ready for final inspections and any last checks before handover.

It’s always rewarding to see the finished result after watching a home progress through each stage of construction.

Not long now until the keys are ready for the new owners. 🔑

🏡 Cabinetry stage in Champion Lakes

This Future First Homes build is moving through the internal finishing stages, with cabinetry now installed throughout the kitchen, bathrooms and laundry.

It’s a big visual milestone. Once the cabinetry is in, each room starts to feel more defined and the selections from the plans begin to come together in a much more tangible way.

There’s still more work ahead, but the finished home is becoming much easier to picture with every new detail.

🔒 Lock Up milestone reached in Cockburn Central.

This Future First Homes build has now progressed to lock up, with the roof, windows, external doors and major exterior finishes in place.

It’s an important stage in the construction journey, with the home now enclosed and the focus shifting further inside as fit-out and finishing works continue.

The exterior is already giving a strong sense of the completed design, with contrasting render, feature brickwork and dark window frames coming together nicely.

Another solid milestone reached, with plenty more progress to come.

The build journey has reached one of the most exciting moments of all: Key Handover.

After months of planning, construction and finishing touches, this Future First Home is now complete and ready for its owners to move in and make it their own.

This Future First Homes build in The Avenue, Hilbert has reached brick plate height, with the structure and layout of the home now clearly taking shape.

It’s one of those construction stages where the plans start becoming something you can physically walk through and experience.
