Real Property Manager is a an expert level agency specialising in property investing and management of rental property.

After finding & purchasing the right investment property, the next biggest decision you have to make is to choose the right property manager to look after your investment. Finding one who will support your needs as an investor can be like finding any other service provider in that its a hit and miss to try and find the right one. The wrong choice can not only manage to destroy your property but can make your life a living hell. So unless you are referred to a quality property manager by someone who already uses one, how do you go about it? Property Investors have switched to Real Property Manager after experiencing repeated costly mistakes being made by their former property manager. This is a reflection of the lack of general real estate agency businesses not being dedicated to providing a specialised approach to the needs of their property investment clients & the lack of training & support given to them by traditional agency models. Amateur preventable mistakes was usually the catalyst to switch agencies. For example not chasing up rent arrears from the get go, poor tenant screening, lack of detail on entry and exit inspection reports, no condition reports at all, poor marketing and pricing methods, unpaid rates that fell into debt collectors hands & poor management of repairs & maintenance that led to litigation with tenants. If this all sounds familiar to you and you are looking at a change or you want to get it right the first time around below are some key benefits of switching to Real Property Manager as a better alternative for you:-

Dan is a Victorian property owner who, through no fault of his own, became trapped in a prolonged Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT) process that allowed his tenants to remain in the property rent‑free for an unacceptably extended period. During this time, Dan continued to carry the full financial burden of the mortgage, rates, insurance, and maintenance, while being denied timely access to justice or a practical outcome.
The consequences have been devastating. What began as a straightforward tenancy matter—where the owner should have been able to exercise their rights in a timely manner—escalated into severe financial strain, emotional stress, and significant hardship for Dan and his family.

Daniel thought he was securing his family’s future. Instead, he entered a year-long battle with the "tenants from hell."(Broadcast FEB 12, 2026) | Subscribe ...

What happens to property prices when a metro station is being developed in your local suburb?

Five Dock’s always been a proper Inner West village. Great North Road is busy, the food is elite, and the suburb’s got that rare mix of old-school homes and people who actually use the footpath. Now it’s getting rail for the first time, via Sydney Metro West. That’s a big…
