We’re proud to celebrate the completion of Emerald Place, a landmark mixed-use development on the corner of Clarendon and York streets, South Melbourne.

Designed by Woods Bagot with landscaping by , the architecture draws on South Melbourne’s corner pubs and turn-of-the-century buildings, with polychromatic brickwork, a strong vertical grid and a robust podium.

Developed by Lowe Living, with INT.RE as joint venture partner and co-development manager. Emerald Place reflects what we do best: working alongside leading developers to deliver high calibre developments.

The tri-gables serve as Architectus’ considered response to Cremorne’s industrial past—reinterpreted to create a contemporary workplace that feels both grounded and striking on the skyline.

Today it was announced in the The Australian Financial Review that the Florin Hotel at 499 Kent Street is officially being offered for sale — marking an exciting milestone for a project we’re proud to be involved in delivering along with our partners Icon Oceania.

York House’s structure is taking shape, with the Level 3 concrete slab pour complete, beautifully highlighting the bespoke charcoal concrete pleated façade.

Progress is charging along and is expected to welcome residents to their new homes later this year.
