Further expanding our industrial footprint in Johannesburg.

TrueProp and Tungsten Properties have invested alongside Atterbury and McFrone in Randport Industrial, comprising five distribution warehouses totalling 9,495m².

With an established tenant base and excellent access to major transport routes, the property is well positioned within Johannesburg’s industrial and logistics network.

This investment marks another important addition to our growing industrial portfolio.

A new chapter for a longstanding TrueProp asset.

Since October 2025, King’s Mall in Gonubie has been undergoing a significant redevelopment and expansion as we reposition the centre as Gonubie Junxion.

The redevelopment will introduce an enhanced retail offering to the area, anchored by a new Checkers FreshX — the first of its kind in the East London area alongside a number of new tenants joining the centre’s refreshed tenant mix.

With construction now nearing completion, Gonubie Junxion is taking shape as a modern, convenient retail destination designed to better serve the needs of the growing Gonubie community.

We look forward to sharing more of the transformation, new tenant openings and the completed centre over the coming weeks.
