I woke up thinking about the BIG D’s of real estate. And no, not those D’s! Behave! 🤣
Life happens. Circumstances change. And somehow, through every plot twist, a property transaction finds its way onto my desk!
💔 DEATH – One day, you’re here… and then you’re not. These are the transactions that stay with me long after the paperwork is done. I will never forget the families, the stories, and the lives connected to the homes we’ve dealt with. Some transactions are never just business. ❤️
💔 DIVORCE – Touchy, touchy! 😬🎢
Nobody prepares you for this one!
I don't just handle the transaction… I go through ALL the emotions with the couple!
One minute we're negotiating the sale price, the next we're unpacking years of history, hurt, frustration, and occasionally a plot twist worthy of a Netflix series! 😂🍿
And me? I'm strapped into the middle of this emotional rollercoaster, trying to keep the transaction on track while life does loop-the-loops around me!
I'm a REALTOR®, not a therapist… but sometimes I feel like I should be charging for the emotional support too! 🤣
I thought I was selling a house… turns out I bought a ticket to the emotional rollercoaster!
The goal? Get everyone safely off the ride, the paperwork sorted, and the transaction across the finish line. 🏡
💎 DIAMONDS – Engagements, marriages and new beginnings! ❤️ Truth be told, I see fewer of these transactions than I'd like. But whether you're buying your first love nest or investing in property together, let's make sure those diamonds come with a solid investment strategy! 😉
👶 DIAPERS – Two became three… or four… or suddenly the whole house sounds like a crèche! 😂 Next thing, the spare room isn't spare anymore, and somebody needs a bigger garden, another bedroom, or a school closer to home.
And when the family is ready to move again? Your girl will always be ready for you! 🏡
📦 DOWNSIZING – The kids have left the nest, the house is suddenly too big, or the cost of living has decided to humble everybody! 😭 Time to trade those five bedrooms for something more manageable. Smaller home, less maintenance, more freedom. Same great service!
✈️ DISTANCE – Relocation, a new job, or a new chapter in another city or country. Home is where the heart is, but money is where the work is! Sometimes you have to move to make life better. Wherever life takes you, let's get your property plans sorted.
