When a property sale comes with a side of lemons… 🍋🔑

A few months ago, when the purchasers first viewed this home, the wife immediately spotted one thing she wanted to change: the lemon tree.

“It blocks the sun from coming into the living room. I’m going to cut it down,” she said.

The husband, however, had a different opinion…

He wanted to keep the tree because he wanted “free” lemons. 😂

Fast forward a few months to 7 September 2026, registration day, key handover, and the start of a brand-new chapter in their new home.

I remembered the conversation.

So, naturally, I arrived with the keys… and a bag of “free” lemons from Woolworths. 🍋😂

Sometimes it’s the little things that make a property transaction memorable.
