HouseZero in Greece
Proposed resort for a private group.
A collection of individual suites arranged along a Greek island hillside, combining private accommodation with shared spaces to gather, relax and enjoy the setting.
The concept brings HouseZero’s signature steel, glass and timber architecture into a Mediterranean landscape. Generous glazing opens the interiors to sea views, while horizontal wooden shutters provide adjustable shading and privacy without losing the connection to the outdoors.
Elevated steel structures and cantilevered elements allow the units to respond to the sloping terrain, reducing the need for extensive earthworks. Natural stone paths and terraces connect the suites through olive trees and Mediterranean planting, with a shared pool forming the centre of the resort.
Each suite offers a bedroom, lounge and sheltered outdoor seating area. The arrangement balances time together with space to retreat, giving each unit its own outlook and sense of privacy.
Designed around HouseZero’s factory-manufactured building system, the proposal brings a consistent architectural identity to the resort while adapting the placement of each unit to the site.
Modern accommodation, shaped by the landscape.
