What is it really like to be Fieldspace's Top Broker? ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
We asked our September Top Broker, and his answer did not disappoint:
"It has truly been a phenomenal experience driving this superb car.
I drive a lot as a Broker, but never before have those kilometres passed quite so quickly—or attracted quite so much attention. Driving the Cayenne was an extraordinary experience. It was powerful, luxurious, comfortable, and so sophisticated that I half expected it to negotiate my next lease on my behalf (for space in a Fieldspace Building of course).
The Porsche did not just take me from one place to another, it transformed my entire life. Arriving at the office suddenly felt like a red-carpet event. Security guards waved me through with unusual enthusiasm, colleagues looked at me with envy and newfound respect, and other motorists seemed to assume that I was either extremely successful, slightly famous or on my way to purchase half of Sandton.
Even arriving home became an occasion. I found myself taking the long route—not because of traffic, but because I felt Johannesburg deserved a little more time to admire both the Cayenne and its distinguished temporary driver.
My popularity also increased dramatically. During my time with the Porsche, I received no fewer than three marriage proposals from women who saw me driving it. Naturally, I discussed the matter with my wife. She was remarkably calm and said, “That’s fine. Go ahead ….knock yourself out!” So I did, see attached photo.
Sadly, handing back the keys will be an emotional experience. For a month, I knew what it felt like to turn heads, command the road and arrive at every meeting earlier than expected, looking like a real Meneer.
On a more serious note, thank you very much for this exceptionally generous gesture. It was a wonderful reward and a genuinely memorable experience. I thoroughly enjoyed every moment behind the wheel and greatly appreciate your recognition of my contribution to the successful deal.
I look forward to concluding many more transactions with your company. Naturally, I remain fully committed to achieving excellent results—and I must confess that the possibility of another Porsche experience will provide additional motivation."
