A few members of our mighty Z Properties Group service team traded their tools for a night out at GCNKAA’s annual Maintenance Appreciation Night!

We arrived in style, enjoyed some networking, won a few prizes, put our football bowling skills to the test, and made several trips back to the buffet. Naturally 🏆

It’s not every day we get to celebrate the boots on the ground who keep our properties running, projects moving, and residents taken care of.

A huge thank-you to GCNKAA for putting together such a fun evening and showing our industry’s hardworking service professionals some well-deserved appreciation 🔧

They keep things running. We made sure they had a ball.

Community doesn’t always happen inside the office… sometimes it rolls down Main Street 🇺🇸

This year’s Fort Mitchell 4th of July Parade challenged our sunscreen, our hydration, and the structural integrity of a bunch of balloons… but we wouldn’t have missed it for the world ☀️

Travis is no Picasso, but his whiteboard scribbles were all our service team needed to bring a parade float to life 🎨

Our volunteer crew—made up of office and service teammates, along with some future ZPG teammates—put in the work to make it happen 🔨

Faces melted 🫠
Balloons popped 🎈
The ribbons had an attitude 🎀
The zip ties held on for dear life 🏆
Against all odds, the float floated 🤘🏻

Bonus points: We got to share the lineup with our friends at Signature Outdoor Solutions 🌿

At ZPG, our responsibility extends beyond the properties we manage. We believe in showing up, getting involved, and being part of the neighborhoods our residents call home 🏡

Representing Z Properties Group in New Orleans, Travis joined more than 11,000 rental housing professionals at the largest and most influential event in the multifamily industry. 🏢

As an active industry volunteer serving on multiple committees, mentoring through the Diversity Leadership Program, and participating in Leadership Lyceum, Apartmentalize provides a unique opportunity to connect with the leaders, partners, and innovators shaping the future of multifamily housing.

For the first time in company history, Z Properties Group has representation at Apartmentalize—and Travis is proud to carry the flag. ✨
