Marketing expertise, creativity, attention to detail, and genuine love for negotiation are what set Jaci Uttecht apart and make her the perfect asset for you – whether you are selling or buying a home. After graduating from Belmont University in Nashville, and living in metropolitan areas across the country, my husband Chris and I always knew this would be the perfect place to raise our family. My passion for real estate came from personally buying and selling in multiple markets, and designing, remodeling, repairing and updating both residential and commercial properties. Creativity, attention to detail and genuine love for negotiation make me the perfect asset for you when you are selling or buying a home! If you need help bringing your vision to reality, whether it is your first fixer-upper or your custom forever home, I can help. I have decades of experience in marketing, and interior and graphic design that will help me to do more than just list your home. During our pre-listing consultation, I will spend time giving you the tools you need to help you get your home ready to “wow” the market. My other interests include hosting our Lake Holcombe Airbnb, leading worship at River City Community Church, working out at Crossfit Chippewa Falls, playing Scrabble, and drinking peppermint lattes while perusing the Joanna Gaines section at Target in Eau Claire.
