✨ EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT: Meet the Face Behind the Scenes! Lizbeth Tafoya✨
From working in retail to landing what she likes to call her first “big girl job,” her journey with Long Realty began six years ago when she decided it was time for a new challenge! With a little office experience from helping at her dad’s business and a willingness to learn, she took a chance on becoming an Administrative Assistant, and the rest is history! 💛
Over the past six years, she’s become part of the behind-the-scenes magic, helping keep things organized through filing, social media, and marketing. One of her favorite parts of the job is capturing the special moments that come with a client’s new journey, whether it’s finding their first home or beginning an exciting new chapter. She also loves working alongside her team and being surrounded by people who make every day enjoyable!
But there’s so much more to her than her role at the office! ✨
At 27 years old and a lifelong Yuma local, she’s all about faith, family, creativity, and making memories. Outside of work, you’ll find her spending time with family and friends, traveling, creating content, reading a good book, or bringing someone’s party vision to life through her side business in event decorating! 🎉 Morning person or night owl? She’s both! Catch her up bright and early when there’s a trip planned, but if there’s a party, she’s definitely staying out late! And when life finally slows down, there’s nothing she enjoys more than unwinding with a good book. 📖
Her biggest motivations are her family and her relationship with God, which inspire her to keep growing and working toward her goals. She’s someone who loves connecting with people, gets along with just about anyone, and, believe it or not, works even better under pressure! As a Yuma native, she loves the welcoming spirit of her hometown and seeing so many new local businesses bring their dreams to life.
From supporting her team at Long Realty to creating memories outside the office, she’s always finding ways to bring a little creativity, positivity, and heart into everything she does. 💛🏡
