One of the biggest misconceptions I hear from buyers is: “If we offer the most money, won’t we automatically win?”

Not necessarily! 👀

When a seller has multiple offers in front of them, they’re looking at the whole package—not just the number at the top. Financing, contingencies, timelines, requests and even the overall simplicity of an offer can all play a role

Sometimes the strongest offer on the table isn’t the highest one
