This week's Deal of the Week comes out of York, PA, and the numbers behind it are worth a look.

I went through 190 homes for sale this week. This one came out on top for its age based on Zillow saves. It pulled in 65 saves and 1,051 views. The average saves for the homes we checked was 23. This home has 178% more saves than that average. That kind of attention is not something you see every week.

Saves and views show where buyers are looking. They don't tell the whole story, but they're a real signal worth paying attention to.

One national headline can make this market sound very different than it really is.

Realtor.com reported 1.16 million active listings nationally in September 2026. But here in York County, the Real Estate Data Aggregator counted 542 homes for sale across this market in the three months ending August 31, 2026. That is still tight inventory.

The Real Estate Data Aggregator also counted 1,241 new listings and 1,128 homes sold in that same period. So yes, homes are hitting the market. They just are not hanging around for long in many parts of the county.

I met these clients almost TWO YEARS AGO‼️
