Nearly all the underground utility work is done!

We are still waiting for the power pole to be placed so we can finish the hook-up and close everything up. Then we will be ready for the houses!

We still need to raise about $40,000 to cover the work done thus far. Then we need to raise approximately $160,000 to cover the costs of the foundations and the down payments on the homes. With those costs covered we should be able to finance the actual homes.

Last week our construction team got to work putting in gravel for a driveway, which will allow for a curb to be put in this week. The curb will separate the parking lot from the housing project area.

We love seeing this vision come to life little by little! Thank you again for helping us build 🙏🏼 🔨🏡❤️

We will be purchasing our houses for Shiloh from Valley Quality Homes, manufactured homes built right here in Washington.

If funded, we could have our first home installed just 3 months from now!

All in-ground utilities are complete! 🙌🏽

We are now waiting for our power pole. 💥

Once we have the needed funding, we’ll be able to start putting the houses in! 🏡

🏡 Shiloh Housing Project Construction Update 🚜

Progress continues to be made in building Shiloh!

🔨 The water line has been put in and is ready to connect to the meter.
🔨 More utility work has been done including the sewer drain and the storm drain.
🔨 We’ve been working to put in the electrical service this week.

Let’s keep praying for God to lead us in this vision He has given us and to provide all that is needed to make it a reality, that the lives of many and our community would be blessed 🙏🏼 Glory to God.

🌟 Shiloh Homes Deep Dive 2 🌟

This week we are focusing on another house: The Ministry Home

To support the Discipleship Homes, this home will be a house for leaders from our church to live and use it as a base of ministry. 🏡 Why? To reach out to youth in our community. Think of it as a safe house where children can come and just hang out - where they can talk, play games, or just be in a safe environment.

📖 Together, they’ll grow in their faith through Bible studies, one-on-one mentoring, and living in a supportive community of believers. Our goal? To raise up mature disciples who will carry the love of Jesus into the world! 🙏💛

Introducing a new series: 🌟 Shiloh Homes Deep Dive 🌟

This week we are focusing on our main houses: the Discipleship Homes.

At the heart of the Shiloh Project are two incredible Discipleship Homes designed to transform lives and build a future of faith, hope, and purpose. 🏡✨ These homes will provide a safe, Christ-centered environment where young people can pursue academic or trade certifications while being mentored by dedicated Christ-followers.

📖 Together, they’ll grow in their faith through Bible studies, one-on-one mentoring, and living in a supportive community of believers. Our goal? To raise up mature disciples who will carry the love of Jesus into the world! 🙏💛

Each home will house six students, offering not just shelter, but a family rooted in love, faith, and guidance. The journey from youth to adulthood is challenging, but through the Shiloh Project, these young lives will be forever changed.
