🏙️ Leasing Agent — Luxury Locators (a division of Chavarria & Co. Real Estate Group)
Chavarria & Co. Real Estate Group is launching Luxury Locators, a new division built to bring a true white-glove standard to apartment and rental home locating in DFW. We're looking for licensed Texas real estate agents who want to specialize in leasing and build a career around it — not treat it as a side hustle.

Who we're looking for:
✅ Active Texas real estate sales agent license (or willingness to complete pre-license education and pass the state exam)
✅ Client-first mindset — you'd rather do right by a renter than rush a placement
✅ Strong communication and follow-through
✅ Comfortable working commission-based, independent contractor status
✅ Bonus: experience with relocating executives, corporate transferees, or out-of-state movers
✅ Self-starter mindset — while we'll provide some leads, building your own client database and referral network will be key to your success
Compensation: This is a commission-based role with a competitive, agent-favorable split on locator placements. No hourly wage — your production drives your income, with compensation details discussed during the interview process. Agents who bring leasing clients into a future home purchase or sale can also earn on that side of the business.
