Is Florida getting rid of property taxes? Not quite, but Amendment 3 proposes to expand the homestead exemption for non-school property taxes from it's current $50,000 to $150,000 in 2027 and $250,000 in 2028. This could reduce property taxes for eligible homeowners while school property taxes would remain unchanged. Apparently we’re all preparing for our Netflix documentaries now, so naturally I had to prepare for mine. 🎬😂

There were signs. Most of them were damaged. The sprinklers declined to comment.
