• Arrange verification with the title or escrow company early.
• Confirm wiring instructions by calling a trusted number saved beforehand, not one in the message containing them.
• If payment details change, pause and call again, even if the email looks familiar.
• Confirm receipt with escrow using your established contact.
• If funds may have gone to the wrong account, call your bank immediately and notify escrow.

On a Scottsdale tour, return at another hour, sit where you'd actually linger, and look at sightlines from neighboring lots or trails. Ask about vacant parcels, then check permitted development with the relevant local planning office. Sun and privacy can feel different from one space to the next.
