- Elijah's Oyster & Fish Camp: $1.50 oysters Sunday through Thursday, all day.
- Rx Chicken & Oysters: Half-price select NC oysters Wednesday through Friday, 5–6 PM.
- Seabird Restaurant: $1 shucked oysters every Monday during happy hour, 5–6 PM.
- Three10 Wilmington: October brings a special lineup of creative broiled oysters to the menu.

Ice skating at the beach?! 🏖️⛸️ We love this idea!

⛸️🎄 Carolina Beach Is Getting a Holiday Ice Rink!

Ice skating at the beach? It’s happening! Carolina Beach Town Council approved $50,000 in seed funding for a temporary outdoor rink this holiday season.

📅 November 27, 2026–January 3, 2027
📍 Boardwalk area near Hurricane Alley’s and Silver Dollar, between Carolina Beach Avenue South and Cape Fear Boulevard.

Planned open-skating hours:
• Wednesday & Thursday: 3–9 PM
• Friday & Saturday: noon–11 PM
• Sunday: 1–9 PM

Mondays and Tuesdays are planned for special programming, including lessons, private parties and possible skating exhibitions. Holiday hours may vary.

Organizers are also exploring Carolina Hurricanes appearances, a replica Stanley Cup photo opportunity and a holiday market. Those extras are still being discussed.

The goal: bring more visitors to Carolina Beach during winter and give local businesses a seasonal boost.
