Once we got her previous home under contract, it was time to find her something new. Thankfully, the right home came along quickly, and we were able to coordinate both closings to make the transition as smooth as possible!

My seller was ready to downsize and leave behind some of the ongoing maintenance and projects that come with an older home. It took a little patience to find the right buyer, but we got there!
