I am so happy for these buyers! When we walked through 2024 Ashland Court together and stepped out onto that back porch - golf course stretching out in front of us, pond catching the light, firepit just waiting to be used. I watched them both just exhale. That’s the moment you know.

Breast Cancer Awareness Month is personal for so many of us. Whether you came to honor someone you love, someone you’ve lost, or simply to stand alongside your neighbors in solidarity, yesterday mattered. And it showed.
