Thanks to all my clients, friends and coworkers for the interaction we have enjoyed in 2024. This is my prayer for you in 2025 : Lord, thank you for all the wonderful people I have come in contact with during these 23 years of serving, giving my time to help people be able to find their home, assist to find a mortage lender and proceed to closing to obtain the keys to their home. Also for all the sellers who trusted me with their home and assisting in the proceess of selling their home.
Please give each person peace, bless them in their daily activities. You have a plan for each of them - help them to realize that plan and give them your blessing in carring it out. Amen.

23 years is a long time, but when you enjoy your service, it's hard to think about retiring - so my plan (in case you wondered) is to continue as long as I am doing the job that my clients deserve. In the meantime, I plan on financially continuing to prepare for retirement. I want to spend time with my family and enjoy being debt free. This Gorgeous home is definitely in Paradise - on Paradise Ct. - that is ! A MLS member from Berkshire Hathaway Pen-Fed, Julia Shetlar, and I (Linda Bernat -RE/MAX Premier, co-oped on this beautiful home for a really cool family! When the remodeling is finished, we'll retake photogrpahs and show you rendition of "Paradise"! We spent our days waiting for closing, measuring, inspecting, reviewing rules of the community HOA, matching carpeting, flooring, paint, landscaping. It's always so much fun watching buyers enjoy their new plans, changing things in their mind and then at the end seeing their blueprint, ideas, dreams come to pass. I love this part of working with buyers, because I get to know them, listening to the plans start and grow bigger and bigger. By closing date I feel like they are my family too. After closing, withdrawal from all the excitement hits. It's always nice to get together, or chat on the phone and reminisce about everything. I love what I do...
