I THINK THIS WAS THE MOST DIFFICULT DEAL I HAVE EVER CLOSED! ✨

Exhausted, but SO happy with the end result! ❤️🥂

We went under contract while the property was off the market, with a home sale contingency still in play, and faced so many dramatic twists and unexpected changes throughout the buying process.

Honestly, I don’t even know how I managed to bring everyone across the finish line! 🤯

I guess it comes down to my determination, dedication, and refusal to give up. When doors were locked, I kept pushing until they opened! 🚪🔑

There were moments when it felt like everything was working against me, but I kept believing, negotiating, finding solutions, and fighting for my clients until I made it happen.

WE DID IT! 🥳🎉

This is what being a Realtor® means to me. It’s not just about opening doors and putting a sign in the yard. It’s about staying committed when things get difficult, finding a way forward when others see obstacles, and never giving up on the people who trust you.

❤️🐾 Meet Trax, a gorgeous Siberian Husky waiting for his forever home at . 🐶❤️

Through the Fetch a Friend program, I get to take shelter dogs out for a few hours to enjoy some freedom, fresh air, and love beyond the shelter walls. 🐾

Trax had a family for THREE YEARS before ending up in a shelter. 💔 Yet he is still so loving, affectionate, and eager to please. He follows commands beautifully and absolutely loves being loved. 🥹❤️

Whoever adopts this boy will be incredibly lucky. He deserves a family who will never give up on him again.

I cannot wait to see that beautiful ADOPTED sign next to his name! 🏡❤️

I try to take a shelter dog out at least once a week through a wonderful program that allows volunteers to take a dog out for a few hours at DuPage County Animal Services— just to give them a little break, some freedom, and a chance to feel like a dog again. 🐾❤️

No matter how busy I am, I make time for this because I know how much those few hours can mean to them. And honestly, it means just as much to me. Taking them out, watching them relax, sniff the world, and simply enjoy being free for a little while heals something in my own heart, too. ❤️

Today, I have Luna. 🌙 She is 7 years old and, until recently, she had a home and someone to love her for all those years. Then, one day, her owner decided they could no longer take care of her.

I will never understand how someone can give up a dog who has spent seven years trusting and loving them. 💔 But I have to believe that somewhere out there is a kind-hearted person who will see Luna for the beautiful soul she is and give her the home she deserves.

Until that person finds her, she deserves to feel loved, wanted, and free — even if it’s just for a few hours at a time.

And today, I’m lucky enough to be that person for her. 🐾❤️

🏡✨ Happy Closing Day! ✨🏡
Some real estate journeys feel like they were meant to happen. ❤️

From the moment I met my wonderful buyer, I felt like I had just met a long-lost brother. Our journey started in Naperville and somehow ended in Tinley Park. We looked at only three homes, because when you know what you want, you don’t need to see a million houses. 😉

And then we walked into the last one. We looked at each other and said at the exact same time: “That’s the one!” 🥹🏡

Of course… it turned into another bidding war. 😅 But there was absolutely no way I was letting this one get away. I went in full power for my buyer, and thankfully, we won! 🏆❤️

Throughout this journey, it honestly felt like I had known him and his wonderful family forever. They welcomed me with so much warmth, trust, and kindness.

And today, we celebrated the closing with Turkish tea — the perfect ending to a very special journey. 🇹🇷☕️❤️

To my wonderful buyer; Thank you for trusting me with your first-ever real estate journey. It was truly an honor to be part of such an important chapter in your life.

A birthday spent exactly where my heart wanted to be. ❤️🐾 Today, on my birthday, I took Joshy, an American Bully, out of the shelter for some much-needed love, fresh air, and freedom. 🥹

He may be surrounded by kennel walls right now, but he is so much more than a shelter dog. He is a sweet soul who deserves to feel loved, safe, and wanted. Watching his face light up as he got outside reminded me, once again, that sometimes the best birthday gifts are the ones we give—not the ones we receive. ❤️

I don’t know how long Joshy has been waiting at . I don’t know what his past looks like. But today, he wasn’t forgotten.

Maybe this is the best way I could have spent my birthday. Helping a dog feel seen. Because every shelter dog deserves to know that someone cares.

Happy birthday to me… and a little extra love ❤️ for Joshy. 🥹❤️🐾
