The Connecticut REALTORS® REALTOR® of Color Connect event was definitely one that filled my cup!
WOW! What an incredible experience!
From the moment the event began until the very end, the energy in that room was something special.
The knowledge shared, the meaningful conversations, the connections, and the opportunity to learn from so many different perspectives made this an incredibly rewarding experience.
One thing I’ve learned in my more than 35 years in real estate is that you never stop being a student of this business.
There is always something new to learn, someone new to connect with, and a different perspective that can help us become better professionals and leaders.
Events like this remind us of the importance of representation, creating opportunities, building relationships, and making room for everyone to succeed.
I left feeling inspired, energized, and grateful to be part of an industry where we have opportunities to learn from one another.
