"I had a very pleasant experience at this hotel overall. I stayed for more than 20 days, and I would especially like to thank the front desk team for being friendly, helpful, and professional throughout my stay.

I would also like to give special thanks to Natasha, the manager. She took the time to speak with me personally, listened to my concerns, and was very understanding and professional. I really appreciated her willingness to help and make sure everything was taken care of.
