Ever wonder why a thermal camera is a game-changer during an inspection?! It uncovers serious hidden property defects that are invisible to the naked eye. This is an image from a recent inspection. With the thermal camera, we found a wire to a breaker overheating at a dangerous temp of 330°F! This could have caused a serious electrical fire, if it went undetected. That is why we provide free thermal scans with every home inspection.
