Hiring and training new employees doesn't have to mean carrying the entire cost on your own.

The On-the-Job Training (OJT) program, offered through Workforce Solutions, may reimburse eligible employers for 50%–90% of a full-time employee’s wages during an approved training period of up to six months.

Eligibility, reimbursement rates, and training duration vary. Businesses must apply and receive approval through Workforce Solutions before the employee begins the position or training.
