Good things are worth getting just right. So we’re putting a few finishing touches on Ponder before we officially welcome everyone in. And while we can’t wait for our grand opening, we don’t want to rush it. (What’s that saying about turtles? Slow and steady wins the race.)

We’ve rescheduled Ponder Days for October 24th & 25th, with all the same fun, food and activities. And in the meantime, you can tour our model homes during the upcoming Parade of Homes.

Another addition to our amenity lineup is The Canopy, which is under construction now! Inspired by a gorgeous oak tree on the property, we designed an overlook with raised decking around the landmark for 360-degree views. Here, you’ll also find a pathway which will lead to Catcher’s Cove—a catch-and-release fishing pond stocked for residents to enjoy.
